Request a Calibration
Annual calibration keeps each HAVSense dosimeter performing as intended and maintains confidence in day to day vibration monitoring. The process is straightforward. Complete the short form below and return your units to us. Our technicians handle the rest.
Why annual calibration matters
Regular calibration helps ensure that the readings from each dosimeter remain aligned with the original factory standard. Over time, small drifts can occur in any measurement device. Annual calibration corrects these drifts and keeps your monitoring workflow consistent. Many organisations incorporate this into their existing compliance schedule to maintain reliable long term records.
What is included in the calibration
Each HAVSense dosimeter is inspected, tested and recalibrated as part of our controlled calibration process. This includes checking the unit’s performance against its reference parameters and confirming it is operating within the expected tolerance.
As part of the service, battery testing is also carried out using a deep cycling process. This helps preserve the long term integrity of the dosimeter batteries and confirms that each unit is capable of supporting extended monitoring periods across a typical working shift.
Once calibration is complete, the dosimeters are returned ready for continued use. If anything outside the expected range is identified during testing, we will contact you to discuss the findings before proceeding further.
Turnaround times
Typical turnaround is 5 to 10 days from receipt of the units.
How to book a calibration
Use the form above to request a calibration and to tell us how many dosimeters you are sending. If you know the serial number of your docking station, you can include it, but it is not essential.
Returning your dosimeters
Once your request is submitted, package the units securely and send them to the address provided in your confirmation email. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for peace of mind. We will notify you as soon as the equipment is ready to return.
